There is a room available to rent in a 85 m², 2-bedroom apartment in Nederoverheembeek. The live-in landlady has created a very cozy and elegant home that also receives plenty of natural light. The kitchen and living room have an open-layout with a large dining area in between. During those sunny days you can also sit out on the small but furnished kitchen balcony.
Nederoverheembeek is a residential neighborhood located just above Scaarbeek. You have the large Parc de Laeken nearby as well as a river. You are well-connected to the city by bus and tram.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has wood flooring, colorful walls, and a lot of personality.
- There are double glazed windows, keeping a very peaceful atmosphere.
- Bedroom 1 comes with a queen-size bed.
- The living room has big windows with 2 cozy couches and a large flat-screen TV.
- You can have a quick meal in the kitchen or a formal dinner in the dining room.
- The kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher.
- The toilet room and shower room are separate.
