This spacious and colorful 140 m² apartment located in the European Quarter has single and double rooms available to rent. There are 2 balconies, one in the living room and the other in the kitchen. The living room has a bright red wall, large couch, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a modern decor and there are 2 full bathroom to share.

The apartment is ideally located for professionals working in the European Quarter or if you travel for work, a short-walk to the Luxembourg train station. You can find offices, banks, and restaurants nearby. Parc de Bruxelles is also a 10-minute walk away – the perfect place to disconnect or do some exercise.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is well-decorated and has pops of color.
  • All the bedrooms have a private key.
  • Tenants have access to a washer-dryer unit.
  • The common areas have big windows, keeping them bright and fresh.
  • You can have a quick meal at the breakfast bar or a sit-down meal in the dining room.
  • You have a metro stop 5 minutes away.

Things to keep in mind

  • Your Spotahome representative was unable to enter bedroom 4, but it is identical to bedroom 5.
  • Bedroom 4 and 5 are located on a separate floor – the 8th floor.
