This renovated property is bright and modern, and the fact that it is spread over 3 floors makes it extra spacious. The communal areas are connected to the garden on the ground floor, with a comfortable living area and a large, fully equipped kitchen which even has a dishwasher. There are 3 bathrooms on the premises, and all bedrooms are spacious and full of natural light.
This house is situated in an elegant building on Rue des Patriots in the Schuman area. This neighbourhood is popular due to its assortment of bars, cafes and restaurants, and due to its proximity to the European Quarter. As well as a back garden, you can also spend time outside in the Parc du Cinquantenaire which is about 10 minutes away. To reach other parts of Brussels, you can walk to Schuman metro station which is about 10 minutes away.
