A room is available to rent in a comfortable, 3-bedroom house with a garden situated in Kraainem, on the outskirts of Brussels. This house is cosy, decorated in a 'countryside style' and will be shared with the live-in landlady and the other tenant. There is an open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen area, which even comes with a dishwasher. There is a bathroom next to the available bedroom, and all communal areas will be shared with the kind live-in landlady.
This house is situated on Avenue des Cerfs in Kraainem, a peaceful, more rural area located to the east of central Brussels. Although you'll certainly get a countryside feel living here, you will be living just a 10-minute walk from the more lively Stockel area, where you'll find all the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants that you need, as well as Stockel metro station.
Room description
Bedroom 1 is cosy and bright. This room is furnished with a single bed and a heating unit. There is also a desk. For storage, you have a chest of drawers in the bathroom, and a built-in wardrobe in the corridor outside the bedroom.
What we liked the most
- The available room is situated in a charming house which is pretty on the outside, and cosy on the inside.
- The kitchen comes with a practical dishwasher.
- You will be living in a peaceful area, but will be just a 10-minute walk from the Stockel area.
- Stockel metro station is about 10 minutes away.
- Parking is available.
