A room is available to rent in a 2-bedroom shared apartment in Woluwe Saint Lambert. You will be sharing this property with a live-in landlord. The living room is large, spacious and well lit, with plenty of seating space so if you have guests to stay there is plenty of room. The dining room has a large dining table and lots of lovely and homely decoration that will make you feel right at home. The kitchen is large, fully equipped and complete with a dishwasher. There is a large window that opens out on to a peaceful balcony, great to air out the kitchen when you're cooking up a storm.
The apartment is situated on Avenue de Mars in Woluwe Saint Lambert, Brussels. The property is in a relatively residential part of Brussels but is still central and has great transport links to the heart of Brussels. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and bars in the surrounding area, so day-to-day living is easy and anything but boring. The property is also a 30-minute walk from the beautiful Parc de Cinquantenaire, so if you want to escape the pressures of city life, this apartment is in the ideal location for you.
Room description
Bedroom 1 is a spacious, 20 m² room with a double bed. The room has lots of space for storage, with a chest of drawers and standalone wardrobe so keeping your space tidy won't be an issue. The furniture is all very modern and very attractive so you won't ever want to get out of bed. The window is large and fills the room with natural light.
What we liked the most
- The wooden floors give this apartment a classic look.
- The location is quiet but still very well connected with the rest of Brussels, so you get the best of city and suburban life.
- There is a dishwasher, cleaning your own plates is now a thing of the past.
- There is a balcony in the kitchen which is great for getting fresh air.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to cook up a storm.
- There is large dining table which is great for hosting guests.
- The living room is modernly furnished and has plenty of seating space.
- The elevator in the building is classic and beautiful, giving anyone that comes to visit you the right kind of impression.
- The bedrooms are 20 m².
