We have a room for rent in our family home in a quiet area of Brabant Wallon. Please note that we have 4 children, present every other week, which means that the house is very quiet for part of the time. We also have an adorable labrador dog named Chocolate who is sociable and used to children as well as adults.

Bedroom:

Bright and comfortable, suitable for a single person.

Possibility of furnishing the room (bed, desk, wardrobe), according to your needs.

Communal areas:

Fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, etc.)

Bathroom with shower, bath and WC on the first floor

Additional WC on the ground floor

Spacious garden with terrace and barbecue (ideal for sunny days)

Atmosphere / Family context:

The house is occupied by a couple and 4 children every other week (the other week, you will hardly see anyone except the couple).

The dog (chocolate) is very gentle and loves company.

We want a friendly and respectful atmosphere.

Green and secure residential area in Walloon Brabant (BUS: WAVRE-LLN-NAMUR-GEMBLOUX 300m away) Train: Blanmont station (Ottignies-Namur line) 2.5km away. Close to shops and other amenities.
