Landlord Policies
- Additional Costs: €50/month per tenant for insurance and common area cleaning, payable directly to the landlord.
- Domiciliation: Allowed — registration at the commune is possible.
- Deposit: Equivalent to 2 months’ rent.
- Contract: Must be signed before check-in.
- Payment Method: Bank transfer only.
- Couples: Allowed only in master bedrooms with a double bed. In that case, bills will increase by €120/month to cover the second person.
- Required Documents: The landlord will request a copy of your ID or passport. For student, a guarantor will be required. For workers, proof of income will be needed.
