Two furnished private rooms are available in a lovely, quiet and leafy residential house located at Drève des Maricolles, 1082 Brussels. ​ More specifically, I am looking for two students (studying for a Master’s degree or in their final year of study) who are responsible, tidy and calm, and who appreciate a peaceful and respectful environment. ​ 🛏️ Description of the bedrooms and communal areas ​ Each bedroom measures approximately 15 m², is fully furnished and equipped for comfort and study. The shower room and toilet are to be shared exclusively between the two students. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens directly onto the garden. 💰 Rent and tenancy agreement ​ Rent: €430 per month per bedroom. Service charges: €60 per month per room (includes water, electricity, heating and internet). Duration: fixed-term student tenancy agreement for a minimum of 10 months (from 1 September 2026 to 30 June 2027). Extension possible. ⚠️ No registration: registration with the local council is not permitted. ✨ Benefits included ​ Access to the washing machine. Bed linen and towels provided (ideal for travelling light!). 🚇 Location and transport ​ House located on bus route 87: 15-minute access to metro lines 1, 2, 5 and 6. Ideal for: students at the ULB’s Erasmus campus or universities/colleges in Brussels city centre (approximately 30 to 40 minutes door-to-door). Not suitable for students at the Solbosch campus as the journey is too long 🏡 Life at home **Non-smoking house.** Ideal candidate: Ideally, I’d prefer two female flatmates, but I’m open to quiet, responsible and respectful male candidates.
