The European Parliament can be reached on foot. The supermarkets are both mainstream and organic. There are yoga , pilate and gym studios nearby, and public transportation right around the corner.
All the room have large double glazing windows, the afternoon and evening sun over the rooftops.
All the amenities you need are here - washing machine, dryer, pots, pans, towels, it is all here! Place for bicycles in the house.
Chatelain Area is known as one of the trendiest and most upscale neighbourhoods in Brussels with its bars, restaurants, trendy boutique shops and a tram right around the corner that brings to the midst of the touristy areas within three stops. Its upscale stores on Avenue Louise, its easy accessibility to all tourist areas and being one of the safest areas.
This is also why this neighbourhood is very much liked by expats as it feels quiet and peaceful all the while being in the center of Brussels.
