What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Bonjour petites clarifications: Je ne fournis pas de draps, d'oreillers, de couvertures, de serviettes, de papier hygiénique, de savon, de détergent, etc. Je mets un protège drap sur le lit, j'essaie d'en mettre un nouveau à chaque nouveau locataire, mais s'il n'est pas neuf, il est lavé à quatre vingt dix degrés pour s'assurer qu'il est bien désinfecté. Une femme de ménage vient une fois par semaine et passe quelques heures à laver les escaliers et les parties communes (salon, cuisine, terrasse). Aujourd'hui(juillet deux mille vingt cinq), le prix d'une heure est de dix euros vingt. J'achète des produits d'entretien, des sacs poubelles, du papier cuisine et le total est divisé par le nombre de personnes. L'internet quatre vingt euros diviser par tout le monde qui y vit. Inclus dans le prix: eau, électricité, gaz, Netflix dans l’espace commun, purificateurs d’eau, la chambre et son contenu, jardin, terrasse couverte, ouverte, cave si besoin de garder valises. Non inclus : assurance responsabilité locative, nettoyage commun et produits d'entretien, sacs poubelles et nettoyage final de quarante euros (comprend la désinfection du matelas le nettoyage de la chambre° .Metro près de la maison. Laverie près du métro, parcs, magasins et forets. PAS DE COUPLES

There are rooms available to rent in this large 3-bedroom apartment shared with the live-in landlord. Distributed over several floors, on the main floor you have a large, fully equipped kitchen with food storage space for each tenant. From here, you can access the cozy patio with a couch and table, and the lush garden with outdoor seating and plenty of plants.
Laeken is a residential area 30 minutes from Brussels City Center. On Avenue Rommelaere, you are in a convenient location surrounded by public transportation, grocery stores, and other small shops. There are also several large parks great for doing exercise outdoors.
Room description
Bedroom 1 is a spacious room furnished with a comfortable double bed, desk, and shelving. There is a special mattress great for back problems and a flat-screen TV.
What we liked the most
- Each room has a private mini refrigerator.
- There are plenty of places to relax with a cozy patio and large garden.
- You are well-connected by tram and Metro.
Things to keep in mind
- There are a lot of stairs.
- You must have the landlord's permission to use the living room.
