We think this apartment is perfect for students and professionals alike. Invite classmates over for study groups, or be in the city centre in just 20-minutes' for work.

This is a beautiful 1st floor, 5-bedroom house on Rue Stéphanie, Brussels. This place is huge. You've got access to 2 enormous living areas and 2 fully equipped kitchens. Plus there is a terrace and balcony.

This apartment is ideal for both students and professionals. Smokers are welcome too, just keep it outside. Most of the bedrooms are couple friendly too.

What we liked the most

  • Relaxing out in one of the living rooms — they've both got plenty of space to enjoy after a long day.
  • Cooking up a storm in the kitchen — you've got all the bench space you need to cook a meal with all your flatmates, if you really wanted.
  • There is a fully-equipped extra room that can be used as an office... it has a printer, scanner etc. Time to work.
  • Exploring the nearby Ossegempark — the Castle of Laeken has greenhouses and gardens open to the public.

Things to keep in mind

  • There are already 2 cats living in this property, but honestly if you've got an allergy you've got the space to avoid them. Otherwise, they'll be sure to love any extra attention.
  • Some rooms have changed slightly since our runner visited the property. Please, check all the pictures.

    How to book
