The house in Chaussée de Charleroi is an eclectic old mansion house completely renovated that can host up to 9 Co-Homers. The whole layout of the house was designed for the comfort and well-being of the occupants, thanks to a perfect balance between shared areas and private spaces.

The heart of the house is the kitchen, fully equipped, with an oven, electric hobs, sink, microwave aso, it will be the place where you will prepare 3 course meals, of just re-heat a pizza, to each is own! The best part of it all: each Co-Homer will have its own private cupboard and fridge.

The kitchen is an open space on a bright living room facing a pretty city garden.  A huge table and a lounge area will be the perfect place for sharing a meal or any leisure activity. A French window opens on to a terrace and a wooded garden.

In the summer, the garden will become the meeting point of the whole house, chilling in the sun, having a drink and doing barbecue! I’m sure you’re picturing yourself in that garden right now!

On those days, when the energy is flowing, or even if you have to push yourself, you will find our fitness room at disposal equipped with treadmill, dumbbells, aso.

Each room has its own double bed, armchair or sofa, wardrobe, desk, chair, mirror and last but not least, private bathroom and toilet. Some bedrooms also have a balcony or a terrace. Pick your favourite! All our rooms have curtains, to ensure you a good night rest. The furniture is modern and comfortable, easy to clean and build to last.

Because we also think green, we produced the furniture in the kitchen in our own carpentry, with wood from Belgium. Following the same mindset, there is also a garage for bikes and razor scooters.

Your security deposit will be held by the landlord during your stay. It will be returned to you after you leave, minus the cost of any damages caused during the tenancy.


Type of contract
Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.
