Our brand new temporarily designed rooms provide all the necessary comfort and have very high hygienic standards. They are perfect for short or long stays. All rooms have a double queen-sized bed, spacious desk and chair, wardrobe, smart TV with digital TV, private bathroom with shower and toilet, and free Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linen are included.
For long-term stays cleaning can be on a monthly basis. The common area includes a reception, a dining room, and a coffee corner. There is a shared Fridge and Microwave available.
The residence is located 10 minutes away from the Botanical Garden.
