  • The living area is ideal for socialising, with a comfortable seating area, a dining table and a TV attached to the wall.
  • Rooms 3 to 5 can be rented by couples.
  • The modern kitchen is equipped with a varied range of appliances, including an oven, a stove, a microwave, an electric kettle and a toaster.
  • There is also a practical dishwasher that will help keep the kitchen tidy.
  • Tenants will have access to a common laundry room and bike storage room located within the building.
  • There is a balcony furnished with a table with chairs which can be accessed from the living area.
  • Rooms 4 and 5 share access to a large terrace with beautiful views. Both rooms also have private bathrooms.

Things to keep in mind
