The house includes several rooms in the form of shared accommodation with 4 bathrooms. The rooms are spacious and very pleasant. The house is ideally located in the European district and is only a few meters away from the beautiful park of the Cinquantenaire. A spacious park perfect for walks, sports, relaxation,...
The house is very close to two metro stations (Schuman and Mérode) and to the European institutions of the Schuman square (five minutes by foot).
Important: Domiciliation at the City Hall is possible only for housemate that stay at least 9 months. Possibility to make a rent receipt which will prove the residence at your school/place of training.
The capacity of some rooms varies from single to double. There are 4 rooms of 12/13/14m2, 1 big room of 18m2 and 2 big double rooms of 19/20m2. Prices vary depending on room size.
