The bedroom is located inside a family home, but it is semi-independent, featuring a private kitchenette with a dining table. The landlord, his cat and a man in his 30s live in the house. The 18 sqm room is spacious and comfortable, furnished with a double bed, heating, a desk and plenty of storage space. You will also have your own sunny balcony, and both the room and the kitchen receive lots of natural light. For added comfort, wifi is already installed, and all utilities are included in the monthly rent. The house is located within close proximity to both the tram and bus networks, and beautiful Parc de Laeken, featuring the Royal Palace, official residence of the King and the Belgian royal family, is only five minutes away.

Things to keep in mind
