Rooms are available to rent in a stylish, 120 m², 3-bedroom apartment with a terrace situated in Brussels's Uccle area. This apartment has recently been renovated, and is therefore equipped with stainless steel furnishings in the kitchen, wooden flooring, and modern furniture throughout. Common areas include the living room, kitchen, and a toilet room; there are also 2 balconies accessible through the living room and kitchen.

This apartment is situated on Rue Brugmanns in Uccle, a residential neighbourhood situated to the south of central Brussels. The local area is green and peaceful, and nearby tram stops mean that you are well connected to the city centre. You will be living a few minutes from Parc Brugmann, a pleasant place for a jog or a picnic.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen is fit for a top chef: equipped with everything from a dishwasher, oven, a microwave, and plenty of stainless steel counter space, preparing meals will be effortless!
  • The neighborhood of the apartment, Uccle, is quiet, peaceful, and offers a range of transportation to take you to other parts of the city. In fact, there are two tram lines that stop in front of the apartment.
  • The entire apartment is beautifully decorated with modern pieces and sophisticated furniture.
  • There are two balconies for when tenants want to take a breath of fresh air.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator.
  • There is a common laundry room with a dryer and washing machine, accessible to tenants of the building.

How to book
