Rooms are available in this spacious 7 bedroom house in the hip and multicultural Schaerbeek neighborhood. While outside the city center, you will be just 10 minutes walking from the Schaerbeek train station, which takes you downtown in 30 minutes. The house features wood floors throughout and is beautifully cared for and furnished. Each of the bedrooms is fully furnished, features double pane windows, and is very similar in size and style. You may refer to the photos listed for bedroom 6. There is also an additional shared bedroom that may be used for guests / fitness room. Spread across five floors, the house is large and comfortable, with 3 shared bathrooms and a common laundry room with both a washer and dryer. The bright kitchen and dining area has an open floor plan and a big dining table for eight. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, gas stove, two refrigerators, microwave, small appliances, and plenty of storage. Rounding out this beautiful house is a large terrace to relax and entertain in the summer.
