What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
The apartment will be shared by 3 people, it is divided upon three bedrooms with common spaces.
The first bedroom in front of the entrance door will be used by a 19 year old student with an apprentice contract. The smaller room and the room at the far end of the hallway will be available for rent.
The Small room will be repainted in white and refurnished with a single bed with a build in wardrobe and a small desk with a chair.
The bigger room at the far-end of the hallway will be repainted in white and refurnished with a two persons bed, a wardrobe and a desk with a chair.
The common spaces will be as in the pictures without my personal belongings. There will be available for everyone :
1) A TV (No cable).
2) Internet.
3) Washing machine.
4) Drying rope.
5) Cleaning material.
6) Cooking material.
7) Fully equipped kitchen.
8) Basement with build in storage shelf.
- It is allowed to smoke in the washing room next to the window.
- Have a pet as long as it is okay with the peoples already present in the apartment .
