A modern and bright studio apartment for rent in the city center of Brussels with utilities included. Though a studio, this 50m2 property offers a full range of amenities and furniture including a kitchen with oven and 4 element electric stove, double sofa-bed, and two tables. The windows look out to the street below, but the double glazed windows assure a good night's sleep! The University of Saint Louis, Brussels is right next door and there are various train, metro, and tram stations all within a 10 minute walk.
What we liked the most
- The studio is very luminous: fitted with multiple windows that face the street, there will be no need to turn on lights during the day.
- With transportation lines, universities, and world-famous monuments all within walking distance, the location could not be any better!
- Despite being a studio, the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and ample cupboard space.
- The bathroom is spacious and has a towel heater.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a common laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.
- Please note that the building does not have an elevator.
