It is very cozy, has been renovated, is comfortable, quiet, and fully equipped (including a kitchen and shower room). All bed linen and bath towels are provided.
To help maintain the studio apartment in excellent condition, the tenant is required to carry out weekly cleaning and laundry. In addition, the landlord will charge a mandatory cleaning fee of €30 once per month. This fee must be paid separately from the rent.
These additional cleaning fees may be higher if you request more than one cleaning service per month.
