A bright, single, 35 m² independent studio with a garden which is to be shared with the landlords according to their agreement. It is cosy and comfortable, located at the 3rd floor of the house. The studio consists of the main room attached to a fully equipped kitchen and a clean bathroom. The staircase is common with the tenants living in the first and second floors.

Uccle is a residential neighbourhood situated in the south of the city center. There is plenty to see and do in the area surrounding the house and a great public transport system provides access to central Brussels in no time. During summer, it is pleasant to walk to Parc de Wolvendael and Parc Duden which are 10 minutes away.

For your information, the Landlords have a lovely cat.

What we liked the most

  • The property is decorated with charming furniture that is both traditional and modern.
  • The garden is spacious and filled with colourful plants.
  • Parc de Wolvendael and Parc Duden are 10 minutes away
  • There are several tram stops nearby.

Things to keep in mind

  • You'll have to cross through the landlord's entrance hallway in order to reach the street
  • This Studio is situated on the 3rd floor of a the house without an elevator
  • The kitchenette does not have a traditional oven, but there is a fully functional microwave oven.
  • For your information, the Landlords have a lovely cat.
  • At nice season, the garden and the terrace will be available according to the landlords'agreement.
  • Domiciliation is not possible in this property.
