This semi-independent studio offers a perfect balance between private and shared living. You will have your own 25 m² studio with a kitchenette, private sink and double bed, and access to a range of common amenities including a bathroom, terrace, kitchen and living area.

The apartment is 10 minutes away from both the European Parliament and the beautiful Jubelpark. You will also find plenty of public transport options nearby, including a train station serving lines to other regions of Belgium.

What we liked the most

  • The studio is located on the top floor of the house and has a private balcony.
  • You have a basic kitchen in your studio as well as access to a top-of-the-range shared kitchen.
  • The shared living area has a television and is an ideal place to meet new people.
  • There is a common laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Things to keep in mind

  • You will share the bathroom with other tenants, but your studio has a private sink.
  • The monthly utility bills charges are per person, so you will be charged a 2nd €95 fee if the studio is occupied by a couple.
  • 50 euros more per month for rent < 6 months
