A large studio apartment is available to rent near the EU Commission in central Brussels. The apartment is big for a studio, and it has a large double bed in it. In the living room area, there is also a sofa bed, as well as lots of tables and chairs. There are 2 bathrooms in the property, one of which is full and has a bathtub and a washing machine in it. The kitchen area, which is about to be renovated in September, has everything tenants might need, including a stove, an oven, a microwave, a mini fridge, a toaster, a kettle, and lots of storage space.

The Brussels EU neighborhood is the city's European Commission center, and it is known for being the home to many important EU institutions. The area has plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and bars in it, and it is very well-connected by public transportation.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is very big for a studio.
  • There are lovely parquet floors throughout the apartment.
  • There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, one of which is full, which is nice for couples or if tenants have guests visiting.
  • There are 2 tables in the apartment, and lots of storage space.
  • There is a sofa in the apartment (in addition to the large double bed), which pulls out into an extra bed.
  • There is storage space underneath the double bed.
  • There is a large bathtub in one bathroom.
