This studio apartment is available to rent on Rue du Gouvernement Provisoire, in Brussels City Centre. With a mezzanine level double bed it is quite spacious, and has a balcony overlooking the quiet and attractive street. The apartment has wooden floors, and a high ceiling, and is painted in soft tones, giving it an airy, bright feeling, accentuated by uplighting on the walls. The kitchen is well equipped, and includes a breakfast bar. The bathroom has a shower over the bathtub.
You will be living in the heart of Brussels, close to all of the major sights and sites. The European Quarter is just a short walk away, making the location ideal for a civil servant at the European Parliament. In the more immediate area you will have lots of local stores, including grocery stores, and loads of cafes and restaurants. The beautiful Parc de Bruxelles is about a 10-minute walk away, and in the same direction you can soon find yourself in the very centre of the city, with all the culture and shopping it offers.
What we liked the most
- You will have a balcony with views of the quiet and attractive street.
- The kitchen is compact, but well equipped, and has lots of storage, and a convenient breakfast bar.
- You will be within walking distance of the European Quarter, ideal for a person working at the European Parliament.
- Some of Brussels most beautiful attractions are nearby, including the stunning St Michael and St Gudula Cathedral.
- The property has it´s own private balcony
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen in this studio does not have an oven, however, it has a stove and a microwave.
- The washing machine and dryer are located in a common laundry room and they work with coins
