This 55 m² studio apartment available to rent to professionals only is located on the border of 2 districts near the Josephine Charlotte metro. The bedroom area is separated from the kitchen – both bright and spacious rooms. There is wood flooring, high ceilings, and elegant decor. The kitchen also leads to a well-sized terrace.
The apartment is located in the Woluwe Saint Lambert area, a residential neighborhood known for its diversity and social atmosphere. You are surrounded by plenty of shops and bars, but can also reach the city center by metro.
What we liked the most
- The bedroom has large double glazed windows that let in the light and keep out the noise.
- There is also a queen-size bed and high ceilings.
- The bathroom has 2 entrances – convenient if you are sitting out on the terrace.
- The eat-in kitchen is huge with plenty of cabinet space.
Things to keep in mind
- There is an extra charge of 250 euros per months for an extra person on the rent and 150 extra on the bills. (1150 + 350 in total for 2 persons)
- Extra 35 euros charge for boiler maintenance.
- Cleaning fee of 50 euros to be paid at the end of the stay.
