This 30 m² studio apartment available to rent in the European Quarter has polished wood flooring and a big window that lets in plenty of light. There is a sofa-bed for 1 person allowing you to easily go from a bedroom to a living room space ocassionaly. The kitchen comes equipped with modern appliances and there is 1 full bathroom.

The European Quarter is a great neighborhood, due to its proximity to the city center. The apartment is only a few minutes walk to all methods of public transportation and also has the beautiful Parc du Cinquantenaire nearby.

What we liked the most

  • There is only 1 window, but it is floor-to-ceiling letting in plenty of light.
  • The built-in wardrobe has mirrored doors, giving the studio a greater sense of space.
  • There is a TV and satellite cable is provided.
  • The bathroom is spacious and has storage space.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen does not have an oven, but it has a microwave, stove, and a washing machine.
