A bright, 47 m² studio apartment with a dryer is available to rent in Brussels's city centre. This studio is independent, but situated in a large house which the landlord also lives in. This apartment feels brand new, and is very spacious and sunny. The main room serves as a comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen, and there is a small table for enjoying meals. In the corner, there is a double bed which is tucked away for privacy and extra cosiness. You will have your own private bathroom and toilet. The apartment is situated in a charming, historic building which has plenty of character.

This apartment is situated on Rue Royale, right in the heart of Brussels. It would be hard to find a more central property, as you are just a 10-minute walk from Grand Place, and Parc de Bruxelles is less than 2 minutes away. This property is also well connected by public transport, as Gare Centrale is 5 minutes away, and Parc metro station can be reached in 2 minutes.

What we liked the most

  • This building is brand new on the inside, and historic and charming on the outside.
  • The interior of the studio is spacious, bright and clean.
  • The large double bed is tucked away in an alcove, therefore is it cosy and more private.
  • You have access to a washing machine and a dryer.
  • This apartment is in the very centre of Brussels; Grand Place and Parc de Bruxelles are just around the corner.
  • This property is couple friendly.
  • A cleaning service is provided every 2 weeks in the rent price.

Things to keep in mind

  • The washing machine and dryer are in a common area.
  • The studio apartment is independent, but it is located in a large house where the landlord also lives. Your studio is completely private - you have your own bathroom and toilet too.
