This 1st floor studio apartment to rent on Boulevard de Waterloo is available to rent. The entrance opens into a vestibule where you’ll find a door leading to the laundry room, which has a washer, and another door to a toilet. In front of the door is the kitchen corridor. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge, oven, a ceramic hub and a dishwasher. This area expands into the combined sleeping, dining and living space. The modern bathroom with a shower stall is just beyond the double bed, and the rest of the space is furnished with a comfy sofa, a flat screen TV and a folding 2-seat table in front of large windows.
This apartment is in Louise, part of Marolles - an old neighborhood dating back to the middle ages. A former working class area, increasing gentrification is transforming it into one of the hottest areas in Brussels. If you like night life, then it won’t be difficult to find some great clubs in this part of town. Your studio is only a 26-minute walk from downtown, but everything you could want is much closer to you. There are a number of shops around the corner, and there is a grocery store located beside the local gym, just 2 minutes away. There is also a tremendous variety of restaurants where you’ll find everything, from Asian and Lebanese, to Italian and French cuisine.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is spacious, bright and it has a wonderfully relaxing balcony.
- You can join a gym, which is located beside a small market, just 2 minutes away.
- Public transportation is practically outside your door, but a walk downtown will take less than a half hour.
- The neighborhood is filled with fashionable shops.
