This 40 m² studio apartment available to rent in Brussels City Center is perfect for 1 or 2 people. The studio has a high ceilings and a mezzanine floor, which allows for a more spacious property. The main room opens up onto a small balcony, which keeps it nice and bright, and is furnished with a couch, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen corner. On the mezzanine floor, you have a double bed, small storage units, and a comfy bean bag chair.

If you are looking for something central, this studio is ideal! On Rue Van Artevelde, you are within a 5-minute walk of several tram stops, a Metro station, and plenty of bus stops. But you don't really need to go far with so many restaurants, bars, shops, and even music venues nearby.

What we liked the most

  • Vincent, our Homechecker, loved the location and design.
  • A vintage-style radio, a lightbulb chandelier – we love the details!
  • The mezzanine floor is spacious with space for storage.
  • The bathroom has a rainfall shower.
