This unique studio apartment on Rue de la Vignette, in Auderghem has a fully equipped kitchen and opens out onto a lovely terrace. The 30m² property has a bathroom with a bathtub and lots of storage space, and a spacious and bright bedroom area with a desk and double bed.

The studio is located in Auderghem, perfect if you are looking for a peaceful location, and have a love of nature, with Parc de Woluwe close by. You will find transportation nearby and it is just a 4-minute walk to a grocery store and other convenient shopping facilities.

What we liked the most

  • There are large glass door and windows opening up to the terrance.
  • Tenants will love the eccentric style of this studio.
  • There is central heating to make for a comfortable winter.
  • The bathroom has a bathtub and lots of shelving and storage.
  • The apartment is located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood.
