This beautiful studio apartment for rent on Rue Dautzenberg is a fantastic place to call home. It's quite spacious for a studio. In the living and bedroom area, you have a double bed, television, and a dining table with two chairs. There is a large window in this area, which lets plenty of natural light come in. There is also a cool blue accent wall with a very unique light fixture to give this space a little extra character. The kitchen has a breakfast bar that separates it from the rest of the studio. In here, you have yet another small table with two chairs and a microwave. The bathroom is modern and has a nice shower cabinet.
Living in this studio, you're going to love your new neighborhood. It's only a 5-minute walk from Place Eugène Flagey, which is a huge square with historical significance. Ten streets converge here, so you can imagine that there's plenty to see and do. For example, Delhaize supermarket is located in this square, which was the first ever supermarket to open in Belgium. Take your pick of the restaurants and cafes around here. There are also many public transportation stops in this area. It's a very convenient place to live!

- You can't beat the location! There are tons of amenities in the area.
- The decor of this studio makes it feel welcoming and fun. The light fixture is fantastic!
- The breakfast bar that separates the kitchen makes the studio feel even bigger.
