This cosy studio apartment is located on Rue François Degreef in quaint Schaerbeek. The 30 m² apartment has a spacious living area, a modern bathroom with a separate toilet and a loft which houses the comfortable double bed.
Schaerbeek is your natural home base, especially with Josephat Park just 5-minutes away on foot. You also have the benefit of a tram stop on your doorstep, as well as a number of fantastic restaurants and shops to try out and explore!
What we liked the most
- This apartment is in a convenient location, close to transport, shops and amenities.
- The bathroom has a shower and sink, and a separate toilet.
- The apartment is decorated in a neutral, comfortable way throughout.
- The washing machine ensures you can always take care of your washing when you want to.
- There is heating installed to keep you cosy over the cooler months.
Things to keep in mind
- There are no cooking facilities in the apartment, although the landlord is happy to provide a microwave if you require it.
