Payments & steps before check-in:
- Deposit:
- 2 x months’ rent + 2 x months’ flat fee + 2 x months’ utility bills.
- The tenant must add a 2-month furniture fee to the deposit if specified in the property's additional payments
- By bank transfer: The deposit must be paid & received by the landlord at least 24 hours before check-In!
- Check-in/out Fee: €75 each (€150 each on holidays/Sundays).
- If the contract starts mid-month, tenants must pay half of the rent along with other required payments.
- The tenant is required to pay the first month's bills along with the deposit.
- Units with seasonal pricing must consider the original price when calculating the security deposit.

- Check-ins/outs: Between 10 AM – 4 PM only.
- Check-out dates must fall on the 14th or the last day of the month.
- The landlord will confirm the check-in meeting time depending on their availability after the deposit is paid and the contract is signed.
