This cute and cosy studio apartment on Ducpétiauxlaan, in Saint Gilles is fully furnished. The property has a compact equipped kitchen, and makes excellent use of the limited space with a loft-level double bed. There is 1 tidy tiled bathroom, and heating is installed to help keep you warm in winter.

The apartment is located in Saint Gilles, a diverse area of Brussels found south of the city center. The area is well connected by public transport and there is a Tram stop just outside the front door. There are plenty of shops close by, as well as Forest Park, which makes a lovely spot for a stroll or a jog.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has a cool loft-level bed.
  • The studio gets plenty of natural light.
  • The kitchen is compact but well equipped to cook basic meals.
  • There is a comfortable sofa in the living area.
  • Saint Gilles might not be right in the city centre, but you'll be well connected, and have everything you need close by.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no washing machine or dryer in this apartment.
  • There is no oven in the kitchen, but there is a microwave.
