Modern furnished flat first floor in charming townhouse. Located in one of the most trendy and vintage area in Brussels center (Marolles-Sablon-Louise ), ten min walk to Central /Midi International's train station, twenty minutes’ walk from EU institutions (five min with Metro), and very well deserved by public transportation (bus to EU instit.).
All amenities are available with nice restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, fitness club, rental bike and car stations.

This cosy studio apartment on Vossenstraat in Marolles is 30 m² and comes equipped with gas heating. The fully furnished property has a combined sleeping and living area with a sofa bed, television, dining table, and a kitchen corner with all the essentials to cook.
The apartment is located right in the heart of Brussels's historic city center, just a 7-minute stroll from Place Louise. The Palais de Justice and Hallepoort are located nearby, as are lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. You'll have it all at your fingertips here in Marolles!
What we liked the most
- Having a sofa bed makes very good use of space, creating a comfortable living area where you can watch TV or read a book during the day.
- There is a large shelving unit to store your personal items.
- There is a window that lets in good natural light.
- The lively Marolles Flea Market is just around the corner.
- There is a public swimming pool a short walk away.
- There is a supermarket city right on the corner of the street
Things to keep in mind
- There is no washing machine in the apartment but a laundromat is 120 meters away only
