  • There is a public swimming pool a short walk away.
  • There is a supermarket city right on the corner of the street

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no washing machine in the apartment but a laundromat is 120 meters away only
  • The bed is a qualitative design sofa bed for daily use with following measures : 140x195 cm Bed sheets and towels can be provided with a supplement of 40€ ( ton pay once at the check in . Has to be restituted at the check out A duvet and pillows are in already included in the rent price
