Modern studio in a small residence near Sq. Ambiorix. 5-7 minutes walk to Schuman metro station and the EU Commission. Comfortable double bed Private bathroom and furnished equipped kitchenette.
This residential area is appreciated for its safety, the large parks nearby and its closeness to the European district, and the city centre. Parking in this area is generally not a problem during the day but can be tricky after 7 pm. The street is quiet (one-way street) and leads on to Square Ambiorix.

This modern studio apartment on Rue John Waterloo Wilson, in the European Quarter, is 45m² and comes nicely decorated. The property offers a contemporary living and kitchen area that is fully equipped. The sleeping area can be separated with a curtain and has 2 single beds.
The European Quarter is a well-connected area that is close to the city center. There is plenty to explore nearby included local bars and restaurants, a theater, gyms and grocery stores. You will also be close to the Parc du Cinquantenaire which is an ideal place to enjoy on a sunny day!
What we liked the most
- The apartment is modern and has nice furnishings, creating a comfortable living space.
- The sleeping area can be partially closed off from the living area.
- There is heating available to keep you cozy in the colder months.
- You can find many lovely parks in the area which are perfect for picnics!
Things to keep in mind
- There is no oven, but there is an electric stove-top and microwave.
- There is no washing machine or dryer, but there are laundromats nearby.
- There is no TV.
