Modern studio in a small residence near Sq. Ambiorix. 5-7 minutes walk to Schuman metro station and the EU Commission. Comfortable double bed Private bathroom and furnished equipped kitchenette.
This residential area is appreciated for its safety, the large parks nearby and its closeness to the European district, and the city centre. Parking in this area is generally not a problem during the day but can be tricky after 7 pm. The street is quiet (one-way street) and leads on to Square Ambiorix.

This furnished studio apartment on Rue John Waterloo Wilson, in the European Quarter, is a cozy 18 m². It offers an equipped kitchen that has an electric stove-top and a fridge and freezer. The studio also has a single bed, and a desk where you can study or work, along with a bathroom that has a shower.
You will be located in central area, with buses and metro stop nearby making it so easy to get around the city. You will be just 5-minutes away from the lovely Ambiorix Square and park, and the area also offers many restaurants, cafes, and bars to enjoy.
What we liked the most
- There is a skylight which lets in lots of natural light.
- You will have central heating available to keep you cozy in the colder months.
- There is public parking available nearby if you need it.
- You will be in a nice and central area with a grocery store, gym and park nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no oven, but there is an electric stove-top.
- There is no washing machine or dryer, but there are laundromats nearby.
- You will be on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
