There is a sofa bed, table, standalone wardrobe, and kitchen corner hat is fully equipped and has plenty of storage space.
On Rue Souveraine, you are in the heart of Ixelles. Just south of the city center this district is known for its multicultural and lively atmosphere. You are a few minutes' walk to a big avenue, where you can find tram stops, cultural centers, coffee shops, and more.
What we liked the most
- A studio with balcony is a rare find.

All communication during your stay will be done exclusively via Rentila.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-ins and check-outs take place between 10 AM – 4 PM only.
Check-out dates must fall on the 14th or the last day of the month.
The landlord will confirm the check-in meeting time depending on availability once the contract is signed and required steps are completed.
Washing machines (if available in the property) may require coins to operate.
Excess utility usage may be deducted from the deposit at the end of the stay.
