This cosy studio apartment on Chaussée de Wavre, in Etterbeek, is fully furnished and nicely decorated. The 40 m² property receives good natural light and comes equipped with a single bed, dining table, and television. There is also a private bathroom, and a kitchen with all the essentials to cook.
The apartment is located on a quiet street, but close to shops, restaurants and all the essential amenities. The European Parliament is a 20-minute walk away, and you can also easily access the beautiful Parc du Cinquantenaire and Leopold Park on foot.
What we liked the most
- The studio has 2 large windows overlooking the street.
- There is a spacious wardrobe for your personal items.
- You will find extra storage space under the single bed.
- There is a rocking chair, ideal to relax with a book!
- Vrije Universiteit Brussel and Université libre de Bruxelles are both within walking distance.
- There is parking space for your bicycle!
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator.
- The kitchen is basic and only has a half-refrigerator.
