Spotahome's opinion

This cute, sweet, compact apartment is comfortable and practical. Featuring two single (bunk) beds, this apartment is a great example of intelligent use of space. Light, bright, and fresh, this apartment also contains massive windows allowing tonnes of natural light, also making the space feel open. The bathroom in this apartment is also lovely - modern and contemporary, it is spotlessly clean and beautifully fitted out.

Ottenburg is quiet, residential, and open - this property is a very good example of all of this. Great for people that like to walk and be close to nature, this is certainly the place for you. While not super close to the apartment (in that you would need to grab a ride there) there are a nice selection of restaurants, and if you like to play golf - this area is also another plus for you.

What we liked the most

  • We love that this apartment has access to a huge garden. It's open, spacious, and filled with natural light. Beautiful.
  • The apartment is new, so all of the installations are also brand new and super clean.
  • When they say that silence is golden, we think they had this apartment in mind. It is just so peaceful out there.
  • On the outskirts of Wavre, you'll find a theme park, Adventure Parc. So when things get a little too quiet for you, you'll have something to get your heart pumping.
