This is a bright and comfortable 2nd-floor studio apartment on Chaussée De Wavre in Brussels. It has plenty of space as well as a balcony, and perks like a dishwasher and flat-screen TV.

This apartment would make a great home for someone looking for a relaxed but well-connected area of Brussels. For a property that is cosy and compact but not too small. And for somewhere with parking so they can bring their car too.

What we liked the most

  • Saving on space during the day thanks to the sofa bed - nifty.
  • Exercising or relaxing in one of Auderghem's large green parks at the weekend - nature is medicine.
  • Escaping the horrible train commute - being able to have your car in the city is such a win.

    How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
    With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
