Your studio feels like a 1-bedroom. There are two areas. Sleep in one. Cook, relax, and entertain in the other. Invite study pals for the night. There’s a sofa bed.
We think this is a great spot for a university student. There’s even a large desk with a chair to study. Enjoy the downtown nightlife on weekends.

This is a 1st floor, studio apartment on Rue de la Madeleine in Brussels. There’s a sleeping area, and an open-plan living space with a sofa bed, dining counter, and desk.
It’s ideal for single students who love downtown living. Walk to Saint-Louis University in 15 minutes. Meet friends at trendy cafés. Markets are nearby, too.
What we liked the most
- Sleeping in a separate space from the living area and kitchen.
- Having a sofa bed when friends or family stay the night.
- Enjoying a busy social life in downtown Brussels.
