Au coeur de Bruxelles, dans un immeuble typique du centre historique agréable studio lumineux et calme puisque situé au troisième étage dans une impasse sans circulation de voiture.
Toutes commodités, marché, commerces, cafés, restaurants à deux pas.
Très bien desservi par bus, tram et métro.
Logement totalement rénové en septembre vingt-cinq avec une nouvelle décoration. Modification électrique avec l’apport d’éclairages LED.
Isolation des murs et du plafond, peintures. Installation d’une nouvelle cuisine équipée (double plaque à induction, meubles haut, hotte, frigo, four micro onde. Dans la salle de bain: meuble avec deux tiroirs.. Dans le salon: rideaux (jour et nuit).
Toutes les charges sont comprises y compris le Wifi.
NOTA BENE.
Vous disposez d’un lit double (sur la mezzanine) et d’un canapé lit.
Si vous êtes expatriés : vous pouvez recevoir votre conjoint ou parents lors d’une visite occasionnelle en Belgique. Veuillez cependant nous en informer préalablement.
