A contemporary studio apartment in a vibrant, central part of the city. It offers modern furnishings and lots of natural light in the open-plan living area. In this vibrant area, you're only a few minutes' walk from the Botanical Gardens, which are also right on the edge of the city centre. Fun and easy!
Important: The washing machine and dryer are in a communal laundry in the basement of the building. Parking is available from March 2020.
