Independent studio apartment in a beautiful and perfectly located building in the EU Neighborhood (Etterbeek).

DETAILS:

  • Fully renovated studio apartment. Domiciliation is possible. Bills: 195/month which includes: cold Water, hot Water, heating, gas, electricity, internet, insurance, elevator, building common charges, and even drinking water. The flat includes a double Filtration system for the water, so you do not need to buy and carry drinking water from the supermarket. Refundable security deposit is 2 months of rent.
  • You will be able to use the landlady's washing machine and clothes dryer, she lives on the same floor.
  • You will be right next to the European Union area, which is very nice to live and at the same time very closed to the centre of the city so you will be able to walk anywhere to get all necessary things; supermarkets, parks, pharmacies, metro, trams, buses, etc.
  • House rules: independent cleaning, no pets, no Smoking, no party to respect the other neighbours.
  • RUE ONZE NOVEMBRE, 36 Schuman / Konkel Bus stop is In front of the Flat.
