This student residence hall offers 5 types of student rooms, or student kots, for rent. All rooms, regardless of the type, are fully furnished and have a private bathroom. Equipment provided in each room includes a bed, storage space and a desk. The residence hall has a floor area of 125 m², and is equipped with central heating and Wi-Fi. Residents will share use of a common area featuring a kitchen and a dining table

The kots are located on Boulevard Géneral Jacques, in the neighbourhood of Ixelles, very close to the Université Libre de Bruxelles. Train station Etterbeek is only five minutes away, and Brussels's City Centre is 20 minutes away using public transport. This vibrant multicultural area offers plenty to see and do, and you will find numerous shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance.

What we liked the most

  • Each of these student rooms are fitted with large desks where residents can study within a private and quiet environment.
  • With your own private bathroom, you will never have to wait in line to have a shower.
  • The common area features a full kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, electric stove and a variety of cooking accessories.
  • There is also a dining table with 4 chairs where you can get together with other residents for a shared meal.
  • With 5 types of rooms available for rent, tenants can choose according to their personal preference and budget.
  • These kots will be a convenient base for students, being only a short walk from the Free University of Brussels and close to public transport, enabling easy travel to other parts of Brussels.
