A bright and modern exterior studio apartment is available for rent on Rue Tasson-Snel, in the neighbourhood of Saint Gilles. This vibrant, multicultural area is home to an extensive variety of local bars and restaurants, and is located only a 10 minute tram ride from the city centre. With a floor area of 40 sqm, this cozy flat is very well-designed, and offers a varied range of amenities including central heating, a washing machine, TV, a full kitchen and a bathroom with a bath tub. There is also a small balcony with beautiful street views, and tenants will enjoy the added convenience of having all utilities included in the rent.

What we liked the most

  • This studio is bright and sunny, with large windows overlooking the street, opening out onto a small balcony.
  • It is equipped with modern furniture and has lovely parquet floors.
  • There is a large flat screen TV which you can watch from the comfort of your bed or an armchair.
  • All utilities are included in the monthly rent, so there won't be any unexpected bills.
  • The bathroom has a bathtub, and also features a washing machine.
  • Parking space can be arranged at an extra cost.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen is small, but well-equipped to prepare you meals. There is only a small refrigerator.
