Located on Rue de la Briqueterie, this studio apartment features a spacious, green-filled garden in addition to a luminous, charmingly decorated interior. The living room area and dining area are extremely luminous as they are covered with windows. Though a studio apartment, it is very spacious and the bedroom area is set off, creating privacy and intimacy. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all modern amenities, including a dishwasher, oven, and washing machine. The garden, divided into two parts, has two decks complete with patio furniture. The neighborhood of the flat, Laeken, is a residential area and is well-connected to the city center. It is famous for housing the Laeken Park as well as the home of the Royal Family of Belgium. The apartment has a total area of 90 m2.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with an oven and a dishwasher. It also features beautiful wooden countertops.
  • The living room, kitchen, and dining area are all a single space. The whole room is covered with windows that fill the property with natural light.
  • There are two gardens, both with wooden decks and chairs. The whole garden is filled with greenery and there is even a small vegetable garden!
  • The apartment is fully renovated and has modern amenities.
  • There is a large, wooden dining table that tenants can use to host meals or use for work.
