A bright and cozy studio apartment is available for rent in Brussels. It features a main room with a double sofa bed, a TV and a dining table, a separate kitchen and one bathroom with a bathtub. With a floor area of 38 sqm this small flat makes very good use of the existing space. It is equipped with Wi-Fi, central heating and a washing machine. It is located on Rue Willems, in the neighbourhood of Saint Josse. This area is considered a very good place to live, being very well connected and close to the city centre and the European Commission. Metro lines 2 and 6 can be accessed 500m from the apartment, and several buses stop within a three minute walk. Brussels Park is only 12 minutes from the apartment and you can walk to Central Station in 18 minutes. This lively neighbourhood is well-know for being home to some of the city's best restaurants.

What we liked the most

  • The sofa-bed can be folded up to free up some space and used as a seating area during the day.
  • There are two large wardrobes providing plenty to space to store personal items.
  • The apartment has Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV.
  • There is a dining table that can comfortably fit six people allowing you to invite friends over for a meal.
  • The bathroom has a small bathtub with a shower above, a sink, a toilet and storage space.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking.
  • The balcony comes with two outdoor chairs, making it a great place to enjoy your morning coffee.
  • The apartment is located on a charming residential and commercial street in the historical neighbourhood of Saint Josse.
