A large, 60 m² studio apartment is available to rent in the Ixelles neighbourhood of Brussels. This apartment is bright and modern, and has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a stainless steel refrigerator. The bathroom is also spacious and has a great shower. You have access to a shared laundry room which has a washing machine and a dryer.

This apartment is situated on Chaussée de Wavre in the heart of Ixelles, one of Brussels's most popular and prestigious neighbourhoods. You will be living near many amenities such as bars, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets including Lidl, which is just a few minutes away. The European Parliament is not far away, and you can walk to the city centre within 20-30 minutes.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment is very spacious for being a studio.
  • The refrigerator is new and has a great modern look.
  • The flat is furnished with a magnificent four-poster bed, that really adds to the great decor.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with any amenity that one would need to cook a nice meal including a microwave and an oven.

Things to keep in mind

  • The washing machine and dryer are located in a common laundry area.
